Hi All,

The fault is for all 4 DSU’s ADDINFO2 = 4.

But its intermittant, comes in for a second and then goes, every day or so.

cables all checked and ok

As a comparison:

LIM 1 MAG 0
Power card PU5DC /1 R2B
+5 5.1
+12 11.93
-5 4.97
LSU /5 R2A
DSU /4 R7B

LIM 3 MAG 0
Power Card PU5DC /1 R2B
+5 5.20
+12 11.95
-5 5.05
-12 12.13
Ringer 54v

LIM 3 MAG 1
Power Card PU5DC /1 R2B
+5 5.20
+12 11.89
-5 5.00
-12 12.07
Ringer 54v

LIM 3 MAG 2
Power Card PU5DC /1 R2B
+5 5.20
+12 11.89
-5 5.03
-12 12.13
Ringer 54v

LIM 3 MAG 3
Power Card PU5DC /1 R2B
+5 5.19
+12 11.87
-5 5.01
-12 12.09
Ringer 54v

addinfo2 = 4 is looking for the ringing equipment (REU) not voltages. Swap it out it may be faulty, or maybe the cabling is not connected. If there is no ringer (RG5DC is used for power) you can do CNREC:REU=NO,LIM=x; to stop the alarm, as it is looking for a ringer that does not exist.

best parnum

hi,

The alarms only blip for a second suggesting all is ok, but anyway I did do a CNREc:reu=no,lim=3;

but I get a power detect alarm 102 for LIM 3
inf 1=3, inf 2=4

cheers

pawshman, the ringer voltage you measure is incorrect. it should be 70V or 80V (remember this is AC voltage, not DC)
