Power Designer printing problem...

I have a 35-entity data model that I want to print onto our Hewlett-Packard Design Jet 500 plotter. The plotter paper is 36" x continuous roll. I have very successfully printed several other large database diagrams (from other, non-PowerDesigner software packages) that fill the page just as I want.

But my diagram from PowerDesigner prints only on a portion of the available paper area (i.e., the diagram does not expand to fit the paper), and the resulting print is microscopic.

I have tried the following navigations without success:
Code:
File -> Page Setup -> [Printer] -> (HP DJ 500) [Properties] -> [Custom Paper Sizes] -> (Select a form) 36 x 84 in. -> [OK] -> [OK] -> [OK]

Symbol -> Fit to page -> [x] Fit to pages [1 x 1] -> [OK]

File -> Print -> [x] Fit to pages [1 x 1] -> [OK]
The output is unacceptably, unreadably, microscopically small.

Does anyone have alternate methods to resolve my problem?
