Power Builder based application opening issue

I am looking for a power builder expert to solve some issue in our current accounting package..
The issue is the application package auto closing while we open the application.
It seems the original vendor set some codes in PBL files and deployed into the package as PBD files, which contains some intentional codes.
Expert advice required pls
