I think this issue may have already been discussed but i can't find it.
Basically i have a couple of customers that have an intermitent fault with analogue phones unable to break dial tone to dial out. Incoming is ok. A reboot of the pot unit fixes it or it goes away after a couple of days if left alone. Neither of these solutions are very practical! Any ideas?
