Pots Ringing Collectively

Current system IP 403 V2.1(27) Pot Module V4.1(24)

I may be me over-looking some tech bullitens or tips, but has anybody come across the scenario when for example 16 pot phones are set to ring in a collevtive group and some of the phones don't ring, but you can pickup the handset to take the call.

Our tech support people have come up with a suggestion that you need re-jig the system an make the ports you want to ring 1 - 4 & 9 - 13

This doesn't seem acceptable to me and I cant remember seeing anything documented stating this.

There may be a power issue like in the DS Module where it can only support 10 6424's. There may not be enough output power to ring all the phones in the group. I am doing more research and will see what I can come up with.
