POTS lines Not following Forward No Answer settings

IPO Version 7.0.23. I have a small customer with POTS lines who wants the lines to appear and ring on a 1416 phone. No Problem...However they want the phone to ring and if no one answers they want the message to dump in a seperate HG mailbox. Built short code and forwarded under user>forwarding.Incoming call route to the set. Internal calls end up in the correct mailbox however external calls continue to ring no answer. Question..is there a way to get a call to this POTS line to follow the forwarding set to the phone?

There is no answer supervision on analog lines so it is highly unlikely.

I bet you are using Line appearance keys.

Point a line directly at the extension and try that.
