I have some Pots lines for backup and they ring at 1000 and 1001 our internal numbers.I would like to change the DNs from 1000 and 1001 to 1009 and 1011 for ringing. And I have BCM450. How do i do that?Procedure for doing this configuration is required.

You need to log into the BCM via the Element Manager tool and go to the line section in Telephony. Look for your analogue lines and click on line assignment to remove the existing DN's and add in the new ones.

The latest EM tool is available here.

Thanks for your information. Now I have an issue in finding the analog lines terminated to bcm box.I have 4 analog lines connected to the BCM box. User told me when they dial to these analog lines its ringing on the DNs and its not happening for one analog line calling. When they call to that analog number, user told he is hearing the ringing sound but on the phone, no ringing. How do I check this?

You need to look at each of the 4 analogue lines. They will be numbered in Element Manager as 061, 062, 063 and 064 etc. It could be a physical fault on one of the wires or a configuration issue.

If you have got the BCM Monitor tool working, then you can watch in real time any line activity. This will tell you if one of the lines aren't connected. Try this first!.

Yes, I have checked the 4 analong lines in Active Physical lines and all the configurations remains same.
Also I tested by dialing all the 4 lines one by one and monitoring in BCM monitor. And I can see the calls coming in 1st,2nd and 4th lines. If I dial to the analog line which is mapped to 3rd one, keeps on ringing on phone receiver part. Not seeing the call flow in the BCM monitor. Please help me to check this line.

They just did help you and you proved the fault to be on line 3.

Call your line provider to test the 3rd line.
Also check with a Butt Test phone on the line 3 position at the demarcation point to see it it's dis from the provider or not.
