Hi

I have a Merlin Magix system with no support. The long story is i've been able to figure out most of my issues through this board - thanks everyone.

i'm stuck on one point. I have 3 POTS lines hooked up through my 412 TDL card, that used to provide backup if my PRI went down, and also provided 411 and 911 services.

I did some reprogramming at some point - now the system labels for the line exist, but the system can't seem to dial out from them. I.E. if i dial 9-411, i see it hunt through the labels HENSON1, HENSON2, HENSON3 but no dial tone.

any help would be appreciated, even if someone can point me to the right area where i would do this programming...

thanks!
jason

Well if they cycle through the correctly labeled ports and you have no dt then dt probably does not exist at the port.

Of course dt could exist but you have them plugged into the wrong ports. Also recall that 911 calls process through pool 70 only. Print General Trunk to solve.
