POTS LINE WILL NOT DISCONECT

I just changed telephone companies, and now the POTS analog trunks will not disconnect the call if the caller hangs up.

When the call is disconnected on callers side, a interment tone is heard followed by a long beep is heard.

the POST are setup as followed:

TRUNK MODE: supervised
DIAL MODE: Tone
Loss Package: Medium CO
OHMS: 600

Any Ideas on how to correct this. Every Morning I have to Warm reset the unit to free up the lines.

 
If it worked with the other carrier then I have to assume the new carrier has not turned on their end....sometime called Cut Off on Disconnect with carriers.
It takes two to tangle and if one has not turned their side on then it wont work.
Otherwise you could change the DISCON setting under Hardware/LineCard up or down.

where do I find the Otherwise you could change the DISCON setting under Hardware/LineCard up or down?
Is it in the BCM or do I have to access from another system.
 
I should have first said "Loss Package"
Same place as "Supervised"

"Disconnect Timer" is under Telephony Resources/GATI insterface/Trunk Parameters

However do not touch anything until you get a straight answer (be pushy) from the new carrier.....tell them it worked fine before.
