We have an ip 500v2 running 6.1.15, and from time to time (multiple instances daily) some of the users will dial a phone number, however the display will show some of the digits and most of the time the call will not complete. It is as if the DTMF isn't being recognized during those instances...

Thoughts, suggestions, tips?

Who is the provider and what type of phone lines are they?

Analogue lines, this usually happens when they dial slowly and hit the dial delay timer, for some reason the system stops displaying any further digits dialled (though I find it does still dial them). I end up building a shortcode that collects all digits then dials them to line when the correct number has been reached (local 7 and national 11 for our part of UK) that usually sorts this out, but can make the connection time a little longer :)

Not happy with Avaya ATM....

Thanks amriddle01 -- delaying the time to 4 seconds (from the 2s by default) appears to have resolve the issue.
