Hello,

Is there any way i can program a 500 TN to be "dial out only".

Do you want the users to always call out to a specific number from this phone, or do you want them to be able to dial any number?

If a specific number, you could set up a HOT D key.

Or don't publish the number of this phone and block outbound caller ID.

You can build a Schedule Access Restriction to block inbound calls

You can also setup a HOT dial feature to a speed call list. That would give you several numbers to be able to call out. If you don't want calls from outside your PBX make the DN be a "non DID" number. Then send out the CLID for the main number for the site.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Another method to stop incoming trunk calls is to IDC the number to another, not in service number.
