One of our senior partners wants to replace a colleague's Merlin MLX-10DP with an old rotary dial phone they are getting off ebay for April Fool's. Ah, the things I get asked to do. I'm not sure if this is possible with our system. This person wants to be able to forward calls etc. from the reception phone and have it ring through.

This reminds me that I have an analog Polycomm conference phone that lives outside the system as well. If the above is possible, then I should be able to integrate that into our system as well?

Thanks, hope this is not too off topic.

Of course, to pull this off, you will have to use a Single Line port or a MULTI-FUNCTION-MODULE. (I recommend the Single Line port).

Also, the only way it can work is if the System is a LEGEND R7 or Magix, so you can enable ROTARY ENABLE.

Good luck....
