Pot Phones, Cli & Recall Problems

Since rolling back the POT Modules to 4.1(24)to cure the Recall problem on 2.1(27) the CLI (Line Error)problems on the Gemini 9335's seem to have re-apeared.

In the UK are Installers noticing any of these problems?

and have you any work-arounds to solve the problems until V2.1(31) is released.

What is your problem with the recall on the POT module ?
We have problem in France with IP Office analog modules. The 'R' button doesn't well work with any kind af analog phone. You press it and the comm is not held...
Could you tell me more about your troobleshooting, I'm interested

 
We have often the line error on the 9335. We were told this will be fixed in the next maintenance release.

We consistently get the "LINE ERROR" on the InterQuartz handsets; it seems that once it starts, it's there until you unplug (the mains connector) and 'reboot' the analogue phone.

We've had this in both 2.1.27 and 2.0.18 which we've had to downgrade to because of softconsole supervised transfer bugs.

In addition, we also experience difficulties trying to put callers on hold, where we have to press Recall several times before it actually works.
