Pot Fault on IP403

Has anyone ever had a pot port unable to break dial tone.
The fault is not with the user and is on the first built in pot port.A reboot has not helped.
V2.0(16)
This had been working fine for a few months.

Amy ideas?

yep try defaulting the config if you still have the same problem the unit needs replacing, the port is faulty.
