Postscript Export Page Size Problem

Hi, I've got a report scheduled in Seagate Info 7.5 and report generated into postscript format. However, when I sent the report to a printing company for printing, their machine complain about oversized page size. I've tried synchronizing the printer driver properties on the server as well as in the report but still the same problem. Sizes I've specified include:
a. Letter
b. Postscript custom : 8.5 x 11
c. Postscript custom : 8.5 x 10.9
d. Postscript custom : 8.5 x 10.8
The printer provided is provided by the printing company. Anyone with any ideas what is the problem??
Are there any particular settings to make for postscript support?
