Postscript and jog command on HP 9000/9050's

I'm currently using HP9050’s and HP9000’s for production printing using Postscript Lvl 3 files. I’m unable to get the printers to recognize a Postscript Jog command at all (Jog 0 and Jog 3 within a single print file for offsetting the paper stack), and it’s critical for my application. Anyone know of any way to do this, or any creative workarounds?
