Postmaster problems

My postmaster account is attempting to send mail to accounts using the full name of my server as seen on the internet. Example: email@mail.mycompany.com. My email domain is mycompany.com and email accounts are email@mycompany.com.


Any reason why this is happening?

Try this: Goto the Advanced Deliver proeprtires on you SMTP virtual server and set the "Masquerade Domain" to the correct Domain.
