We use postini for filtering. I have tried to re-create (since our recent conversion from exch 5.5) using mail enabled pf's a few mailboxes which in 5.5 had no matching NT user account (for example one was used to receive resumes for a specific department). I set up a test mail enabled pf with the proper contributor rights etc but am not able to receive outside mail into it.
I am thinking i may need to create a user for it in postini (which seems to defeat the purpose of such a folder)
can someone tell me if this is the case?
