Posting to Mail Enabled PF from Internet.

I have a mail enabled PF created that members of the public can send mail to, however, when the mail arrives in the PF it shows as a Post instaed of an email message. The problem arrises when somebody needs to Reply to the sender, this is not an option. If somebody internally sends an email then it arrives as such and the users are able to reply to the sender in the normal fashion.

I need the mail that arrives from the Internet to be in this same format so that users can reply to them, any ideas?
