posting from http to https

Hi,

I'm sending some critical information from a flash movie to a script using geturl sending variables using post. the address i'm sending the fields to is

https://www.path.to.script.com/cgi-bin/path.to.script.php.

My question is if I'm sending the varibles from a movie whos address is

http://www.path.to.movie

is there any time in there where the fields aren't being encrypted? In other words if movie is on a http:// but script i'm sending varibles to is https:// is this a security risk?

The data is not encrypted between the 2 sites.
