posting / end of month procedures

Hi
I am a newbie to this forum.
Can you suggest what are the procedures we need to do at the end of every Month in MAS90. Not good at Accounts related ones but interested to learn more.

I appreciate if someone can explain me how to post the transactions in MAS90. We are using Peachtree right now. We post in Peachtree by Tasks > System > Post. How to do this in MAS90.

You update transactions in AP and AR after printing related journals. Updating posts to that module. Then you print the transaction register and update that. Updating the transaction register posts to the gl.

Wayne, Thanks a Million for providing with the valuable information. I ll go thru the info carefully.

Orica thanks to you too. Right now we have just made few dummy sales orders, processed them, made dummy invoices. Can ya tell me how to update the trascations. Is it something included in menus like in peachtree (tasks>system>post) or just printing. We made a purchase order for our vendor and received inventory but its not updating the stock status. Right now we are working on Demo companies for a feel of MAS90.
