Every time I try to upload a file to the IIS server, I get an Authentication error. Does anyone know where I can find some *useful* information (ie not from Microsoft) on how to setup and use the Posting Acceptor?

make sure that you have writing permissoins for the upload directory. if you're trying to upload files as anonymous,make sure that anonymous has writing permissions.
