postgresql.conf on windows

Hi,

I have postgres 8.2 for windows and was wondering what sort of settings I should be using in postgres.conf. The machine I am using is an intel P4 3GHz with 1Gb RAM running windows.

Am I right in saying the main settings I need to consider are shared_buffers, work_mem, maintenance_work_mem, max_fsm_pages, fsync and effective_cache_size?
