Hi,

is it possible to use Postgres with C# DBProviderFactories ? if yes are there any guidelines how to include the .Net Data Provider for the Factory class to use ?

Also, when using Npgsql, is it possible to utilize TransactionScope because it isn't functioning as it should when I use it.
