Postgre SQL 9.3 Service Problems stops IPOCC

Hello ...

How can I resolve this:

this occur after reboot the server when finished installed IPOCC and set the initial configuration via Administration page.
all other services is runinng.
now cannt access the Administration Page, and when run the TTrace, can't see any service on it.


How can I fix this ?

Check the Event Viewer why it happens.

Disabled DEP?

The DEP is Disabled as Task Based Guide.
I will check the event viewer and see what's happens ?
