In theory you could.
The problem is that even if you install PostgreSQL on another drive IPOCC is hardcoded to save it's databases on C:, they are not stored in the default location for PoastgreSQL.
I did look into moving these to another location but it's a bit more complicated than usual and in the end I didn't have the need so I chose not to since Avaya has nothing official regarding this.
