I have a Turnkey Linux StatusNet appliance and a Turnkey Linux Zimbra appliance on a LAN. I'm using a PFsense box as the DNS and DHCP servers. This network is isolated from the Internet. I'd like to use the email functionality of the StatusNet server (password reset, email alerts, etc.) but my Zimbra account isn't getting mail from my StatusNet box. I'm administering the Postfix install on my StatusNet appliance via Webmin. What am I missing? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty good with this stuff but the intricacies of email server administration are not my strong-suit.

The first place to look would be in the postfix logs. Typically these are in /var/log/. The primary one is mail.log. Do you have any error messages associated with attempts to send mail to our Zimbra server? If not, you could always generate some traffic by using the mail command.
