Postfix Configuration

I have two identical Postfix servers. (same domain name, users etc.)
I would like to forward a message, when it arrives to the MTA, to both servers.
I have on each server storage place for each user.

Also, how can I relay a message for one user, from an Exchange server, at doamin name example.com to a Postfix mail server with the same domain name example.com?

Make one a secondary exchanger and the other the primary. Google for "postfix secondary exchanger".
