post to closing period

Hi,

I'm using Accpac 5.5.
Is it possible to post to a closing period or does this cause any issues?

No, it's for a special purpose. Use the adjustment period. Why do you think you need to use the closing period?

Our trial balance is out of balance starting from the closing period 2010.
Reason is that one account had an incorrect close to segment assigned during year end.
To balance it off I need to post into closing period.
