Post SP2 security updates 1

Does anyone know of an easy way to get hold of all post W2K3 SP2 security updates please? I don't really want to trawl through the update catalog site manually and download them if I can avoid it.
I have servers in a secure network that have no internet access and are way out of date from a patch perspective so I plan to apply SP2 and then I'll have to apply post sp2 security updates after that.

Not sure if this will help but you can also obtain the updates as an ISO image at the following location
