post session stored procedure

I would like to cleanup my temporary tables, I am planning on using post session scripts to cleanse the data. How can I achive this.
Do I have to write a shell script that calls stored procedure or can I call the oracle procedure that directly truncate the table. In informatica where do I cann this from.
If possible please give me the details about it.
