post session email

I have built a workflow, containing worklets, commands, and controls. I want to include a post session email, which runs at the end and attaches a file.

I have used the

%a<> variable, but it is passing the literal

'%a<filename>' in the email instead of the attachment!!

Any idea what the problem is??

This might happen for two reason if your mail server is not properly associated with the informatica server.

or

If the path given is not in the proper format in the sense forward slash for UNIX & backward for Windows. Depending upon where ur informatica server is installed.
