Hi all,
When our users of Acrobat 5 press print, the default PS level is set to 3. This causes problems with our rather dated Xerox printers that only accept up to level 2. If you press File, Print, and change PSL 3 to PSL 2, then all is fine, but many of our users are very un-techie, and have submitted complaints that we haven't come up with a solution, as they often forget to press File, Print, and instead hit the toolbar shortcut.
Now my question: Does anyone know how to set the default PSL to 2??? Rather than 3?
Thanks in advance,
Will
