Post reply shows up all of a sudden on incoming emails

Hi everyone,

Something strange happend a few hours ago all of a sudden on all external emails that are coming into two public folders on our exchange server. Post reply shows up all of a sudden on incoming emails. They used to just display the little envelope icon, but now it shows up with a thumbtack showing. Anyone have any idea why this might have occured?
