Post Dial Issue G3si R11 w/PRI & 7303 sets

I've just installed a ISDN-PRI at a location that utilizes 7303 (Hybrid BIS10) sets.
Calls can be made, talk path functions BUT the dialpad is dis-abled so we are unable to access IVRs, etc with TT.

These old sets use TN762B Vintage004 boards and PRI uses TN767E Vintage 00014 boards...

Digital sets can execute post contacted TT..
