Post CCMA upgrade issue

We just upgraded from cc6 to cc7. It seemed all went well however, when at the "contact center management" screen when I try to view supervisors/agents/ect. ccma responds with none defined. All other data cdn/phoneset-voiceport/scripts seemed to migrate ok. Realtime displays show all users and status updates. Any thoughts??
 
We got this on about 3 migrations before we figured out what it was. Initially, we were performing pre-migrations in a lab environment with "dummy" ELAN addresses. Once we performed the final migration, we would change the ELAN address to the "real" one through server setup utility. Apparently it doesn't like this method and we were unable to see agents/supervisors in Contact Center Management.

Long story short, perform the migration with the same ELAN address you will be using permanently. Don't change it post-migration in the server setup utility.
