I figured out a solution to the question below:

I wrote the pages using Web Components 9.0.
Everyone else has Web Components 10.0 installed on their computers. I can only view (and edit) DAPs in WC9.0 and vice versa for 10.0

MY Final final question is -->

Can I convert them?
