Has anyone encounted an issue of after upgrading a BCM 2.5 to 3.5 (via 3.0), have T-sets go flakey? Customer has 2 BCMs w/T1 bwtn the locations. This was our first experience w/BCMs and the upgrade went fine w/o any problems then 4 wks later I get the following emails from the sales person....
1. Customer called me to say that since the upgrade, phone displays at both locations have been going blank or a random number will be displayed. The phone works fine and the display usually returns to normal within 2 or 3 days. What do you think could be causing this? And do we need to replace phones?
2. The phones are all T-series, bought when they purchased their BCM systems 2 years ago. From what the customer says, it appears to be random at both locations. It affects, on average, 1 phone every other day. Each time it is a different phone and has affected approx. 10 phones located at either location. He said this problem started after we did the 3.5 software update.
Any suggestions on this issue are appreciated. Thanks
