post bank reconciliation error

Hello,

We are using Accpac 5.5.
When trying to post bank entries under Bank Transactions > Post Entries, I receive an error message advising me that I "cannot post bank reconciliation information at this time. Another work station is currently using reconciling bank information."

Does this error mean, ALL users have to leave the bank module or does it mean another user is currently in the SAME bank I am in and only this user need to get out of this bank?

All users have to be out of the bank module, and no one should be posting checks in AP or payroll.

How do large international companies handle bank recs?
If they have offices in different locations,comes month end, they all go in at the same time and block each other from processing bank recs?
