A friend of mine picked up something that may be of interest.
While listening to a radio program she heard the anouncer mention a computer virus that was being propagated by email;name "prolin Shockwave" attachment opening command line "creative.exe". As we both use email she was more than a little interested and rang the Brisbane radio station (4bc 3833 0044) to check out what she had heard and the above information is true. Has anyone any further information please? I use shockwave and would not like to be sucked in by a bogus reference.
Cheers de Don

This would just be another of the multiple email viruses spread through attachments. Please not matter what it is named, do not open it or open it on a junk computer. It would save alot of sysadmin sanity... I haven't hear of any ability to comprimise security on the actual shockwave application....
