hi there, exch2003 with backend+frontend depolyment.

now users want to create a special public folder in which user1 post xls file into this public folder, other users (e.g. user2, user3, user4, etc) can directly update/modify the posted xls file, so that it will only have a single copy of the xls file in that public folder.

is it possible to achieve that? if so can you guide me thru?

many thx!

Drag the file into the public folder. It's called FreeDocs. You can have files in there that aren't part of a specific message.
