Possible to use ASP to control type of fields displayed for CR?

Hi people,

I am attempting to create a query-builder webpage that returns a customized report based on the input fed into the .html form.

I am wondering if it is possible using ASP to control the type of fields as required when the report is generated? Note that the user enters the fields he wants to see in a .html form.
