Possible to share a CD Writer as a network drive?

Hi there,
Is it possible to share a CD writer, as a network drive over a LAN? I am after some way of using software such as nero on a client machine, buring a cd on the server.

Is this possible?

There is "Nero.net" and something called "DiskJuggle" for you to chase up. This link may help you.

As linney notes, it is possible. But you would have to come up with an incredible demonstration of abject poverty to use this as a solution.

A CD-writer is incredibly inexpensive nowadays.
