Possible to save the edited word doc back to server

Let says for example I have

Is it possible to open a microsoft word document in the browser, edit the content and then save it back to the server?

I think you're going to have to get your users to save it to their machine first and then use an upload component to get it back to the server. I don't know of a way to let the user pick &quot;save&quot; and have that save it to your server, unless you were on an intranet and even that would need to be through some mapped network drive back to the web server...
