Hi all –

We're running a custom application on Citrix MetaFrame XPe FR3 with NFuse Classic v1.7. For the most part, it works beautifully but we’ve had an issue arise with NFuse where an ICA Security dialog box popped up to query how access to the client local drives should be handled. This happens when our application is asked to perform an action that includes enumeration of the available drives. If Full Access is selected, everything works as it should. However, one of our users selected “No Access” and appears to have disabled access to the local drives from our application for all NFuse users on that client. A complete uninstall/reinstall of the NFuse web client software (along with some registry cleaning) did not reset this parameter. Is there anyway to reset the local drive access settings? So far I have been unable to locate where this parameter is being stored.

Many thanks for any and all assistance!

I am not sure where in the registry you would do this, but when you have the user connected and on the phone have them change it by clicking on the ICA icon in the upper left of the citrix window and choosing Client Security Settings.
You can then change them there.

That did the trick - thanks for the info and the link. I was looking for the ica file, but didn't realize it had a .ini extension. :)
