Possible to open up "icons" flyouts faster..

Hi, say I want to open up the type tool and want to open the flyouts faster....it may be stupid to ask but IT DOES TAKE any annoying 1 full second to open up (slowing me down) with each second lost, hours lost...so is there a way to set it for faster opening?

...no quicker way than edit > keyboard shortcuts and assigning keystrokes to the tools that don't have any assigned...

...save these as a key set via the keyboard shortcuts dialog...

...or have the regular tools you use fully open (select the bar right of the tools flyout) and save to a workspace file (window > workspace > save workspace)...
