Possible to Network Load balance an Active/Active Cluster?

All,

I am trying to create a high-available load balanced solution for file/print services.

The Hardware:
2x Dell PowerEdge 2650 Servers
1x Dell PowerVault 220S SCSI Storage

The Scenario:

I wanted to know if it would be possible to setup the above hardware in an active/active configuration w/ shared storage and have client requests balanced 50/50 between the two nodes.

Netware cluster doesn't do load balancing as such. A resource can only be active on a single node.
