I've won a really nice Lian Li Case and its a P4 case, is it possible to mod it to put an AMD board inside?

I think you may be a little confused here.
Cases are made to an international standard called
"ATX form factor" they are cross platform so the chip manufacturer has nothing to do with it.
When the existing motherboard is removed you will see numerous holes in the mounting back plate, some will have mounting standoff's already in them (to match up with the mounting holes on your current motherboard)
By moving around the standoff's any number of differant sized motherboards can be accommodated.
Just make sure these standoff's are fitted to the correct mounting points so that they line up with your new motherboards (soldered ring) mounting holes
Don't forget that differant motherboards have differant plug configuration on the I/O backplate, an appropriate replacement should come with the new motherboard.
