networked BCM's?
I know in the option switches, I can marp stuff all day long, but I am still green with the BCM's. When I try to change an existing extension to the one I want to marp, I get an error, not an existing dn?
Thanks

Yes, if the set at the remote site is an IP phone registered to the BCM at the main site.
Can we make two phones, at two sites, on two BCM's ring simultaneously from the same DID/Target Line? Maybe, but I've never tried. I'm wondering what would happen if we used two sets(A & B) at the main site, one target line A/R on both sets. Hard call forward set B to the DID for the set you want to ring at the other site. Don't know if the call would continue to ring on set A at the main site, but I'm thinking it would ring both sets until one of them answers.
If you put the incoming DDI number in to the call routing and send this to the remote site. Then program the target line with that DDI and associate it to the extension.
On the first site if you program up as normal DDI with target Line and see if both ring.
not sure might just reject call
I will have a play with some kit in the lab and let you know if I can come up with anything.
But as luv2ski said the call forward thing should work. But not really marp.I do not think nortel had marp in mind for the BCM.
Two seperate BCM's, that share the same extension, at both locations.
Ring at both locations, so person does not have to fwd location a phone to location b phone.
