Possible to make this dotmenu in flash? (url inside)

Possible to make it in flash?
Criterias:

- Page hierarchy for the links are loaded from a database.
- Category may have any number of subcategories.
- Child categories form a circle around the parent categories. Meaning number of child categories has to be considered when calculating where each child category's link should be placed visually.

If I get any responses to this post I will be impressed.

And: I am not looking for a solution. I just wonder if it would be possible and if yes: Could I have a few pointers as to how I schould solve this?

i could not personaly do that as of yet but there are some guys here that can..one thing i have come to grips with is tha flash can pretty much do anything, with limited restrictions..

seems a possible solution would be to use the xml socket and have flash create the menu generated by xml..
